The journey of our business, Vijay Flexi Packaging Industries, dates back to the year 1997 when we were founded by Thiru.Thangamani with offset printing on a small-scale. His strong determination, led us to be a big name today. And, the legacy of our company continues with the efforts of our current proprietors, T.Vijayakumar, T.Kannan, T.Rajaperumal and T.Venkateswaran. They upgraded our facility with stereo machines which was a new machine at that time. With increasing demands in printing business, we founded our brain child, Roto-gravure and soon our company became one of the leading entities in the business of flexible packing material.
Currently, we operate as a manufacturer and wholesaler of Printed Laminated Pouches, Multicolor Laminated Pouches, BOPP Poly Laminated Pouches and Laminated Pouches For Garments. Each of these is made in-house using state-of-the-art technology. Along with the support of our employees, we have been sufficing all the demands of our customers.
Our Infrastructure
We have spare capacity of 700 MT per year and total capacity of 1500 MT per year all because of our in-house manufacturing facility that we have outfitted with technologically advanced machinery and tools. The range of machinery we have at our infrastructural base includes Extruder Unit, Printing Unit, Lamination Unit, Slitting and Winding Unit, Pouch Making Units and some other general equipment. Each one of these i carefully upgraded at regular intervals of time. This ensures that we are capable of sufficing all the urgent and bulk orders of Multicolor Laminated Pouches, Printed Laminated Pouches, etc., on-time. Moreover, we have laboratory facility as well, which enables us in providing our customers Custom Printed Laminated Pouches. The high definition printing quality of our printed pouches always impresses our customers.
